From our expansive product collection, we will assist you in creating your desired aesthetic. Founded in 1932, Albany Tile, Carpet & Rug has, for almost eighty years, focused on maintaining a product collection that is representative of all the tile and stone styles currently in production.  Admittedly, over the last two decades, as a result of all the technological advances that have impacted tile manufacturing, meeting that goal has become a formidable task.  To do so, we have repeatedly expanded and reconfigured our showroom.  And, while the keeping up with constantly expanding product possibilities requires substantial attention of our designers, we seem to have little problem finding the time, since we love tile and stone!  As a result of that love, we have built a substantial reputation over the years as the people “who know what they are doing.” We trudge off dutifully to Manhattan (cocktail parties), international tile exhibitions (site seeing and fine dining), continuing education classes (which often we teach), fashion-trend lectures (alright, not always the best of times), and art exhibitions to keep abreast of the innovations affecting our industry – and, we have a great time doing so.  We work hard to “stay sharp” and keep our “edge,” because we know that it is with our knowledge, experience, product selection, attention to detail, and attentiveness to your needs, that we will be able to best help you achieve your design vision.
